What a grand winter day out!
A fantastic run up Clennel Street, to the trudge through the
snow up to Bloodybush Edge, the gallop down hill
to the col through drifts and ice covered clarts.

The plod up Cushat Law over the permafrost peat and the gathering
up at the summit windshelter. The panoramic views of the county
and sea, with even sun on Cheviot.

The fly down the other side towards the forest road which everyone
loved, then the trot back through the woods and then the sting
of the climb back to Clennel Street and home.
Thanks to Terry for being route master and saving us getting the maps out, and Karen, Emma, David, Neal, Geoff, Bernard for their company.
