Near perfect weather conditions this week for the 11th Anniversary Waltz.

Four NFRs at this classic race: Gary Jones, Garry Owens, Peter Reed and myself. Gary Jones, at his first Cumbrian fell race, came 31st out of 262 runners. After last weekend's back-to-back in the unrelenting heat, Peter Reed proving this week that he has more go than a sack of duracell batteries!

Ben Bardsley (Borrowdale) won and Angela Mudge came in a stunning 7th overall, shattering the women's record.
