Last Wednesday a few members enjoyed a great day out at RAF Spadeadam, running in their annual half marathon. The weather was lovely and the hilly route mainly over forest tracks was an ideal training run for fell runners, with some nice cheap drinks in the bar afterwards.

New NFR member Geoff Scott had a great run finishing first veteran, with Bernard Kivlehan, Peter Reed, Jane Saul, David Beaumont and myself finishing.
