The race is called The Crosby Commoner, it's 6.8 miles and 237m ascent over Crosby Common and Orton Scar with views to the Pennines, the Howgills and the Lakes. Juniors start at 1pm and Seniors at 2pm, with tea and much cake available afterwards. It starts at Crosby Ravensworth School, which is 10 mins from the Morland junction of the A66.
