{"id":2544,"date":"2016-07-05T17:58:45","date_gmt":"2016-07-05T17:58:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.northumberlandfellrunners.co.uk\/?p=2544"},"modified":"2016-07-05T18:02:10","modified_gmt":"2016-07-05T18:02:10","slug":"british-relay-championships-and-ian-hodgson-relays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.northumberlandfellrunners.co.uk\/?p=2544","title":{"rendered":"British Relay Championships and Ian Hodgson Relays"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<em>I&#8217;ve picked up the baton to organise the<a href=\"http:\/\/hbmr.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Ian Hodgson<\/a> and FRA\u00a0relays [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fellrunner.org.uk\/races.php?id=4648\" target=\"_blank\">British Relay Championships<\/a>] this year which will be held on Sunday 2 October and Saturday 15 October respectively.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The [Ian Hodgson] website still has last year\u2019s details on it but is expected to be updated within the next week or so. \u00a0One &#8220;Open&#8221; team of eight runners is sought for the Ian Hodgson. If more than eight names are put forward the best team will be selected based on recent race results.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Information on the FRA relays is scant at present but is going to be somewhere near Loch Lomond. \u00a0This is a very sociable event and one to consider no matter what your ability.
