From Paul Appleby:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Podium finish for one of NFR&#8217;s finest.<\/p>\n<p>NFR&#8217;s secretary John Telfer has this weekend completed the Ultra Tour Du Beaufortain, a 114km \/ 7200m mountain ultra event in an area between Mt.
