Andy Russell writes: “I enjoyed a great day out on the 18 mile / 6000ft Long Duddon Fell race. Cool, sunny and dry weather made for great running conditions. Six NFRs made it across to the Duddon Valley. In the long race Will Horsley was first home for NFR in an excellent time of 3h 20m followed by Dexter (whose time of 3h 34m earned him third place in the MV50 category), John Butters (3h 48m), Emma Bain (5h 17m) and myself (5h 46m). James Charlton came in in 8th place on the 10 mile 3000ft Short Duddon race with a time of 1h 59m.”
