Andy Russell writes: ‘Greatly enjoyed Dexter’s training run this morning at Allen Banks.  A good turnout of NFRs and friends were led round the spectacular autumn colours of Allen Banks in unbroken sunshine.  We followed this-up with tea and cakes at the Garden Station.
