“Hi All,
The next NFR social run will be an urban trail up and down the Ouseburn Valley in Newcastle on Wednesday 11th June, starting at the Cycle Hub, at the mouth of the Ouseburn, on The Quayside at 7.00pm.
There is plenty of free parking at Spillers car park, adjacent to the Cycle Hub.
The route is about 7 miles with about 665’ ascent on mixed terrain, so trail shoes should be fine.
We will finish at The Tyne Pub which is handy for anyone fancying post run refuelling.
