“Podium finish for one of NFR’s finest.

NFR’s secretary John Telfer has this weekend completed the Ultra Tour Du Beaufortain, a 114km / 7200m mountain ultra event in an area between Mt. Blanc and the Vanoise massiffs.

John completed the course in 26h 14m 30s in bisteringly hot conditions with an approximately 60% drop out rate due to the conditions and ended up with a podium P2 finish in his age group.

This is an incredible achievement for someone who just gets better with age and a well earned reward for his dedication and hard work.”
